To do a screen shot, you should be able to find the key that says PrtScr or something similar. On my keyboard it's on the top row above the keypad that has Page Up and Page Down. Press that key and it will copy your screen. Then you can just paste it into a Word Document, or if you paste into Paint (it's under Start/Programs/Accessories) you can crop or resize it there.
Maybe someone else has a better or quicker way to do it.
I received the Fiber One lunch kit in the mail today. I had forgotten all about it, so it was a pleasant surprise when I got home from the store and found a package waiting on my porch. Thanks again for hosting the giveaway!
